Queen Anne Black Lacquered toilet mirror with miniature bureau base

Circa 1700

A fine and rare early 18th century Queen Anne period black Japanned dressing table mirror with shaped arched top above the original mercury plate with bevelled edge, supported on two turned uprights above a miniature bureau base. The fall opening to reveal a fully decorated and fitted interior with small drawers and pigeon holes, a further long drawer with shaped front below and standing on small bun feet.
An exceptional mirror in fine original condition considering an age of well over 300 years.
